A few days ago, PrimeraTechnology introduced a new color label printer, the LX900e. This product is the company's fastest color label printer. Its print speed is up to 4.5 in/s, which is equivalent to 17 times that of the company's LX810e printer.
This new type of printer has a separate ink cartridge for the Huangpinqing black four-color ink. After the ink is used up, it only needs to be replaced. Therefore, its operating cost is further reduced. Its inkjet printheads can print sharp and clear text, as well as dazzling images. According to the company, "it is the printing device that can provide the closest photo effect in a short-run label printing device."
Mark D. Strobel, Primera’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, said: “We seriously consulted with our customers and they told us that printing faster and independent ink cartridges is the most important feature of our product. At the same time, The quality of the print they hope to get is the same as the color label printers Primera provided before, and they do not want to sacrifice quality. The LX900e can meet all their needs and can even do better."
Common areas of label printers include coffee, alcohol, water, bakery, confectionery, meat, cheese, and other food and beverage industries. The LX900e can print private labels, market test codes, prepress printing, marking of dangerous goods, and printing of retail labels.
The printer's operating environment can be either Windows XP/Vista/7 or MacOSX 10.5. It can use either dedicated label design software or commonly used image design software for label design and printing.
It can be printed using a variety of materials used in inkjet printing, including Primera's TuffCoat Extreme white and transparent polyester film and white BOPP film. Using special printing materials provided by Primera, the printed labels are waterproof, scratch-resistant, stain-resistant and tear-proof.
