Among the surface decoration materials of wood-based panels, thin wood and thin wood are the most commonly used, high-grade appearance and most acceptable to consumers [3]. Quantifying the surface characteristics of wood, which will greatly facilitate the computer simulation design and interior decoration simulation design of wood products.

1 Materials and methods

1 . 1 material

Choose from 6 kinds of wood in the most common tree species in furniture and interior decoration, and plywood with its thin wood veneer. In the field of interior decoration and furniture manufacturing, people often pursue the high softness effect of the wood surface. Obviously, solid wood materials are more ideal. For example, if the wood-based panel is made of wood, high-soft paint should be used and the surface should be "de-lighted".

2 . 2 color contrast between solid wood and meager wood

(1) The heart and sapwood are of different colors, the heartwood is deeper, the sapwood is lighter, the early and late materials are different, the early wood is lighter, and the late wood is darker; (2) the solid wood is similar in color to the meager wood surface. However, the purity of the latter is reduced. The main reason is that the micro-thin wood has an organic solvent penetration during the pasting process, which affects the color of the wood itself [5].

When using computer simulation technology to simulate the color of the wood surface, the data in Table 2 can be used to obtain satisfactory results. When the surface of the wood has coatings such as paint, the surface color is affected. When performing computer simulation, it can be filtered according to the actual situation. The wood of the same species also shows different light color effects under different conditions of use. (2) Wood is a special kind. (3) The application of wood in various designs has become more and more extensive. The research field of its material properties should be expanded accordingly. In addition to the physical and mechanical properties that people have paid attention to in the past, the research on its surface properties and decorative properties should be strengthened, and should be quantified as much as possible to adapt to the development of furniture and interior decoration. .
